If your signature pad stops working, try these steps:

  1. Completely restart your browser
  2. Be sure the device is fully connected to your computer
  3. Click on the Company icon, then click the POS Settings tab and click the link titled Signature Help Page with links to drivers.  Here you can test the signature pad and/or click to update the Topaz certificate. Topaz recommends that you keep your SigWeb SSL certificate up-to-date.  To do so, download the SigWeb Certificate Update Program. Be sure to run as administrator.
